All good things must come to an end

I wouldn't call it good, but I wouldn't call it bad either.  It wan an OK game.

We had some chances but we could not finish.  Our defense did not play well, a lot of bad passes and turnovers coming from our own zone.  All 3 goals were bad scored by Buffalo.  Krejci mistake, bad screen on Thomas on a bad angle shot, and a horrid non-stop by Thomas.  The positive you can take is that we lost by 1 goal in a winnable game while not playing well at all.

The team should come out flying against a weaker Islander team.

Seriously, what a craphole. Whats funny is they get all excited about their attendance record, the auto industry takes a crap and so does the record. As I tell any Red Wings fan who boasted that BS...what the hell else is there to do in Detroit besides rob someone? Of course they go to the wings games. industry takes a slight dive, and no more sold out games.

Losers. Hockeytown my ass. The amount of NHL players Boston has produced compared to D is ridiculous. Let alone Mass vs. Michigan (were talkin in the really cant beat Ontario),

Fuck the D. Go Bruins.

Gotta luv those WINGS!!!

Our puck possession alone on Saturday will leave you breathless. The Bruins will learn very quickly that you cannot compete with the best of the west and that our Wings will teach them a lesson in how to play.

It won't be close - ho hum another laffer for my WINGS!!!

Hossa will find out tonight that he should have signed with the Bruins. Too bad he has to learn the hard way.

Has anyone heard any rumors regarding the Bruins?

Wingnut, your Red Wings will ONCE AGAIN lose in Boston.

You see, your dirty Red Wings are a bunch of softies, and when the real game of hockey is played, you just wont be able to hack it.

Kinda like the "Dead Wing" era.

You know, when they made the playoffs only 2 two times from 1967 to 1983, winning only one series in that time? Lets not forget that this was one of the most popular eras of hockey. With a high scoring game, and physical play that left the Wings bruised, battered and were the NHLs bitch.

The Red Wings truly are the NHL's posterchild for local fairweather fans.

The attendence for that team is direct correlation of Detroits auto industry. No cars, no Red Wings sellouts, hence less brand new Red Wings jerseys to look at.

As always, the Wings will get a great view of the jumbotron in Boston as it reads "Welcome to the REAL hockeytown".

I just read on that when Detroit's Coach, Mike Babcock, when asked how he views a team as hot as the Boston Bruins, asked back, "Are they as hot as us?"

Still no respect!!

Moreover, Gordon McIntyre of the Canwest News Service in Vancouver writes "Thomas' numbers are spectacular BUT he got a dedicated group of trappers in front of him and it's hard to see him doing it for the whole year....with all due respect for Thomas, I've landed fish that flop less".

Still no respect!!

Both Babcock & McIntyre must be related to Wingnut.

Hey Habhater & Jefe77,

Stop living in the past & get with the program. The future is now. How many Cups have the Bruins won in the 90's and the 21st century. NONE.

The Wings are the future.

Great First Period.

With the new found chemistry between Wheels, Krecji, and Ryder and the domination of Lucic, Savard, and Kessel. You have to put Sturm on the Bergeron-Kobasew line. 3 Awesome fuckin lines right there.

4th line Thornton, Yelle/Nokie, Axellson. Axellson is valuable on this line and on the PK. Next season it will be Sobotka and any other Providence Bruins ready to step it up.

Any objections?

How do ya like the puck possession by my Wings. A thing of beauty. The Bruins are so jealous.

2-0 Bruins!!! No problem. We will spot you that leade & still dominate & beat you in the end.

6-3 Wings!!!

Told you so. Since the Bruins scored 5 goals in the 3rd period yesterday it should be no problem for the wings to do the same tonight.

6-3 Wings!!

Our confidence is boiling over & the Bruins & just hanging on.

Bye bye Bruins!!!
