Mid Season Grades
Here are my grades for each position player and goaltender. My grades are based on performance in opportunities and roles each player is given (i.e. poor powerplay or penalty killing will have a negative effect on grade). Each player who has played in a minimum of 12 games will get a grade based on their play even in limited action. I will evaluate on each grade sometime this weekend.

I'd say an A, based on the fact that he's a rookie and he can control the play with his size and touch...
he's not an Ovechkin or Crosby rookie, but he's been amazing considering he plays around 12 minutes a game. If it wasn't for Steve Mason he'd be my vote for mid-season Calder.
I'd also give Wheeler an A, but on that note wouldnt Lucic be flunking and get suspended for his multiple fights?...and if Petteri keeps it up we should consider some special ed. Oh shit! Were talkin hockey...
Opinions on the players may vary, but there is one thing for certain and which matters most. The Boston Bruins deserve an A+.
Been watching for 20+ years and I havent seen team play like this YET.
Savard is probably my favorite player, but I am definitely going to be getting a Lucic jersey. And i just might get one of those dirty 3rd jerseys...seems a fitting way to commemorate it.

i was thinking the same thing Mook when i went to the B's site today and saw they called up Rask. they are doing good sofar today. man i could not live without Center Ice package.
omg that 5th goal set up by Krejci to Ryder was just fucking SICK.
fernandez had the flu, that fifth goal was a beautie, I thought bitz looked good as well, big kid. have to admit this was one of their better efforts in a while. good to see. just a point. if ryder was on the habs this season he would be there top scorer goals and points. ha ha nice pick up.

why thornton a c+ hes a fourth line fighter, how can you give him that low of a grade? what do you expect him to do score 30 goals? rookies
