Great Penality killing by PJ if he would only cover his man and if he had of scored inthe empty net when the puck came straight across the crease for him or when Savy set him up from behind the net he was three feet in front of the net what a fucking joke. I really dont care what you PJ lovers have to say, he cost us that game. The only other big mistake was when Stuart was caught looking at the puck instead of watching his man in front. Fernandez wasn't great but I feel he was good. Nice to see them almost come back. Fallse Ontario

Manny let in a couple weak ones, but he's still trying to find his legs. Tonight was a tough test for him playing against his old team after sitting out a year due to injury. Give him a couple more starts and he's going to impress a lot of you haters.
That being said the B's played 1.5 great periods of hockey, but we all know that it takes 3 periods to win a game. It's about time Savard shot the puck, maybe he'll realize the damage he can do.
savard + ryder = gold. axelsson may have had a few slip ups but he was a key part of both of savard's goals. i really think this line is productive.
yeah i realize manny hasnt played in over a year but he has no confidence...you can just see it in his demeanor...espn did a bit on he and bergie coming back for the season and the things he was saying...you wouldnt expect from a goalie coming back brimming with confidence/excitement to play...and in his return to minny you would like to think he would be a little more up for it ya know?
Thank you False Ontario, i completely agree. he always makes stupid plays like that on the pk. he doesnt cover his man he overplays the pass and the guy just skates right into the slot for an easy shot usually resulting in a goal. the defensive king isnt so great defensively anymore huh.

PJ should be a 3rd liner. done. Give him job where the sole purpose is to play defensively, and play top lines, and he'll be fine. Putting him on the 1st line is putting too much on his plate.

Hello from michigan, I just got back from minnesota today (sunday) It was great seeing the bruins play!! they need work, lot's of rust. Wheeler looked really good!! this kid can skate. Manny looked unsure of himself at times. Talking to the minnesota fans sitting around me they all think he can still be a top goalie. I do think the bruins will be great this year, just get the bugs out in the next 5 games. go bruins solong from michigan!!!!
