I don't know if he would ever want to play here, but what about trying to package Savard, Alberts, and prospect/pick to Min for Gaborik? You'd clear enough cap space to sign Gaborik long term and you'd get the scoring you need. Gabork's biggest complaint is that the system in Min is defense first - so coming to Boston would probably be more of the same....Also, I think the B's should go after Berard...
I would take Seabrook and Skille for Savard in a heartbeat...
Qu is short prevision for Quebec, (look it up people.) where the Montreal Canadian reside. So of coarse Dub Qc would Take Seabrook and Skilled for. Savard. he is in Fact a Hab Fan, trying to get us to trade our top Bruins. Number three is the NHL in assist..

This is still hard to believe. Savard has way more trade value then that. Name one other guy that gets 80 pts or more for 5 million dollars a year. PC knows what hes doing and hes not going to move Savard unless it makes are team better and none of these latest rumours make our team better, infact these moves make us incredibly worse. its QC, and I am from Quebec City and have hated the Habs all my life. Additionally, I resent the Avalanche for taking the Nordiques away from the city. I am a Bruins fan and I think Savard for Seabrook and Skille would ultimately make us a better team.
The Gaborik trade sounds more realistic and it would help our team, maybe even make us better but I doubt it well happen. Fallse Ontario

savard isn't going anywhere. eklund is such an asshole. he'll read something on tsn and then post it on his site and call it an E4. not for anything, but do the bruins REALLY need another puck-moving defenseman? chara can pass the puck pretty good, and we're paying wideman like a superstar...why would they want a third? someone will have to get bumped...it makes no sense. without savard, who will this puck-moving defenseman "move" the puck to? fucken jeremy reich?!?!

Savard is worth too much, and his value surpasses that of a good D-man and a prospect.
Minnesota has been talking to Gaborik about a long term extension since last season. Thats not the kind of talk you give someone your dangling on the block.
