Petition To Keep Lucic

Sign the petition to keep Milan Lucic on this team! The guy has proven he can hang in this league in a mere 5 games. He has the grit, determination and ability to produce in the NHL and the Bruins could certainly use his services.

Put in a comment, let us know how you feel regarding the young bruiser.

I haven't seen him play yet (we don't exactly get a lot of hockey games here in Australia) but I've heard only good things and highlights online look solid. I say keep him.

I have to admit I was initially skeptical and thought he should have been sent back to juniors earlier. after having seen him play, he is proving he belongs. Timely hits and constant grit shows hes a keeper.

I'm not sure sending him back down would be an option for management right now...The last of the diehards will revolt, and the announcers won't have this kid to comment about. Above all else, I personally don't think SeaBass will let him get sent down.

Keep him. I like his style of play. I think he will eventually be playing on one of the top 2 lines.

Definitely keep. His confidence can only grow from here. Can't wait to see him react in the tougher games (Montreal for one) and how he reacts to playing in rivalry type game. Ala Joe, if he starts to show signs of fatigue, make him watch from the press box to regain his form. When he is on the ice, you notice him, and if you don't - it's only a matter of time before he shows you.

Amen!! Finally a return to "old time hockey".....for you youngsters, this is the way it was "back in the day".....b-4 you dismiss this old timer, just know that bruins hockey used to RULE, and was the hardest ticket to come by in the seventies....they were then what the sox and pats are now....aahhhhh, the memories

keep'em. i had the opportunity to see this guy in the blowout canada/russia series, and boy oh boy - seeing him live is even more impressive. watching him play w/the bruins has been really nice. i'd love to see him stay. besides, i haven't jumped out of my seat for a hit in a long time. i did this in the phoenix game when he carried the puck through derek morris, just totally plowed him. love what he brings to this team, his timeliness, grit, determination, and skill.

we've got to keep him. just the energy alone he brings to the ice is worth it.

He's obviously ready for the NHL, he's shown he can hit and do some scoring. He's only going to get better and not getting sent back is gonna be awesome for his confidence! KEEP HIM!!!

I like Lucic very much. The B's will face a tough decision. Keeping a 19 years old guy mean that he will be eligible for the RFA market sooner. I'm probably to conservative but teams should cross that line only in exceptionnal cases ( Crosby, Stall ). Don't get me wrong: i love the guy but i'm not sure that his impact, right now, justify that the B's will might lose him on the RFA market.

This kid has too much spark. Sending him down would break the high that this team is on after a winning road trip.

only an idiot would want to send him down. hence he probably will be sent down because thats how the bruins run things
