Ottawa 10/28/06

After suffering a tough loss against Montreal, the B's are looking to bounce back against Ottawa.

Game plan:

- Make the basic plays and keep the game simple.
- Stay away from the box.
- Better production from the PP unit.
- Pray for a solid goaltending performance.
- Shoot the puck.

This will be a tough game to win. Ottawa have crushed Toronto and outscored them 13 to 4. Not exactly the kind of team you want to face when you allow 4 goals per game. The defensive squad have to be smarter and clear the zone at any cost. The PP units will have to keep their strategy simple and avoid bad giveaways in the offensive zone. Sadly, i don't think the B's will win that one...

Bruins: 2
Ottawa: 5

ottawa is not a good team....none of the bruins problems were solved by last nights well deserved win.....still no scoring from any of the players who own the 6-18th spots on this team. axelsson may have single handly won this game and despite the nitwits on this site who do not see his value this team will go nowhere without the likes of axelsson, donovan and brothers bringing it into the net...

bright spots - lashoff has to stay and we can now release dempsey (who is looking better as well) when the injuries return..

this team is still gelling but with out another threat to score they will not make the playoffs...(goaltending is not the problem despite what you hear here)

60 minutes against buffalo! 4-3 win with goals from donovan and kessel making the difference...thomas stands on head.
