Atlanta 10/11/06

This is going to be a tough game. Atlanta always causes trouble for the Bruins, and I don't see that changing. Expect a HUGE game from Marc Savard, who last season played in Atlanta. Jurcina will be out of the lineup, but could return next week. Toivonen will get the start. Look for a close and interesting game.

Keys to the game:

-Shut down Hossa and Kovalchuk early and often.
-Test Lehtonen, get one in the first 8 minutes.
-Defensive neutral zone pressure.
-Work the PP and the PK.
-Stay out of the box.
-Stick to game plan.

Prediction: A nailbiter, but Atlanta comes out on top.

Bruins 3
Atlanta 4 OT/SO

Im going with 5-2 Boston Atlanta is very weak at center and Savard will explode tonight with 4 points

I don't know why but i have that good feeling that the B's will deliver tonight. Savard's febrility will be contagious. That's the best test regarding: 1- Stay out of the box and 2- Penalty killing. We will see if the team will be able to bring what they learned during their last game.

is your final result.

hmm let's see, I will say 1-0 for Atlanta.

Lehtonen has been amazing so far and is still on a high. If we can break through with a couple goals we may be OK. I am not as scared of their offence as I was last year.

I agree with Latrappe, Bruins will pull this one off with Savard coming up big. I think it will be 4-2 Bruins. Look for Patrice Bergeron to have another great game as well.

Kari rocks, Dempsey and York do not. Hopefully the team will feel bad again for loosing and play well for Thomas next game.
