Some News on Kessel

According to Eklund, even though the Bruins have him signed, he could be playig in the OHL. This is if he doesn't feel comfortable playing for the Bruins next season. If this does happen, it could trigger a trade where the Bruins got a LW to replace him.

*NOTE: I know many people want to trade Murray, but if you trade Murray, you then have a gaping hole on the RW.

I must add here that they sign Savard to play with Murray. If they trade Murray; the Savard signing would be a waste of money...

if you trade murray it would have to be for a legitamate scoring winger or center willing to move to wing....this is not rocket science...

Leave it as is. Everyone wants to trade Murray but the guy had his first 40 goal season after coming over to the bruins in the Allison trade. Thorton was playing withe Guerin and samsonov at the time Murray had Stumpel and a revolving door of LW. Murray doesn't need thorton to score just a playmaker to put the puck on his stick. trade Murray and the hole is still there just on a different wing. There are to many prospects coming to camp that could play on the left not just Kessel. Remember a couple of seasons ago NOBODY had g=heard of a kid at training camp who had only played 1 season of juniors, Patrice Bergeron. There are plenty of good prospects in camp to jump the gun on a trade that would still have you looking at the prospects to fill the new hole.

They should trade Murray on his horrendous contract alone. We need that money to extend Stuart and Sturm.

As far as Kessel going to the OHL--wont happen. Its either Providence or Boston. Bank on it.
